Hörmann RollMatic T Roller Garage Door

The Hörmann RollMatic T is a made-to-measure aluminium roller garage door designed to maximise usable space inside and in front of the garage. Its compact tubular motor raises the door vertically around a protected winding shaft, leaving the ceiling free for lighting or storage.

Available in internal or external roller configurations, it works across a range of fitting conditions. Smooth, foam-filled profiles support quiet operation, with each door manufactured in Germany in your chosen size, colour, and finish.

For doors up to 3000mm wide, allow 80mm of side space on each side. Wider doors require

    Synthetic panes can be incorporated across up to 10 profiles to bring more natural light into the garage.

  • Ventilation grilles

    Up to 10 profiles can include ventilation grilles to improve airflow and help reduce the risk of mould.

  • DuraBelt

    This protective belt system helps reduce scratch marks caused by dirt as the curtain rolls around the winding shaft. Availability depends on the chosen door size and configuration.

  • Additional fascia panel

     This stabilises the fascia and provides a neater finish where the lintel remains visible

  • Chamfered bottom profile

    This may be available for sloping floors or specific fitting requirements. Please enquire for further information.

Made to order, supply only, and delivery

Each Hörmann RollMatic T is manufactured to order in Germany to the size, configuration, colour, and options you select. It is not held in stock. The configurator calculates the price based on these choices, and the expected lead time is approximately six weeks from order.

Garage Doors Direct supplies the door only and delivers nationwide across the UK. Installation is not included, so you will need to arrange a competent installer or tradesperson to fit the door in line with Hörmann’s official instructions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much headroom does the Hörmann RollMatic T require?

Required headroom depends on the door height. Doors up to 2300mm high require 290mm, doors from 2301mm to 3000mm require 335mm, and doors from 3001mm to 4200mm require 360mm. Side space and fitting depth must also be checked before ordering.

Can the RollMatic T be fitted to an arched or non-rectangular opening?

The RollMatic T can accommodate rectangular, chamfered, segmental, and Norman arch openings, depending on the selected configuration and available fitting space. Exact measurements and fitting requirements must be confirmed against the technical guidance before the door is ordered.

What colours and finishes are available?

The RollMatic T is available in 16 standard colours and the special Noir 2100 Sablé finish. Golden Oak and Rosewood timber-effect options are also available in Decograin or Decopaint. The configurator shows the choices available for your selected size and configuration.

Are hand transmitters included?

Yes. Two Hörmann HSE 4 BS four-button hand transmitters are included as standard. They use Hörmann’s BiSecur bidirectional radio technology to operate the door securely.

Is installation included?

No. Garage Doors Direct supplies the Hörmann RollMatic T for nationwide delivery but does not provide installation. You will need to arrange a competent installer or tradesperson to fit the door in accordance with Hörmann’s official instructions.

How long does delivery take?
